NaNoWriMo Day Three: A Palindrome

Totally unplanned and unnoticed until I typed the final sentence for today and looked at the word count.

My word count for the end of Day Three is 5225 - a palindrome! And I'm ahead of the average required word count again, whew. I was afraid I wasn't going to make it today. No major tramatic events - just little things here and there to take care of; catching bits of writing time as I could; and a backup of traffic on the freeway.

But I did it.

Oh - I suppose I should let you know that the character, Billie, on the ladder? She's safely on the ground. For now. And the empty sage green house is being tended to - although the caretaker is a little, um, odd. And our gun toting loner has finally gotten out of bed.

I wonder what's going to happen next?

I'll find out tomorrow because now it's time for sleep. I tutor and teach tomorrow and then - finally - a big NaNoWriMo write-in at SE Grind here in Portland starting at 6pm until midnight, I think. Yay! That should get my word count ahead by even more. Although I won't be staying out until midnight, since I have an early job on Saturday.

Nighty night with a smile on my face. I still like my story, although a bit of action needs to happen tomorrow or I'll fall asleep right along with any readers!

Nice NaNoDreams!
